Sewing of books

For production of the block it is not enough to fold a notebook. To a notebook it is necessary to paste fly-leaves, and then also to collect everything in the uniform block. With it we are helped by the listopodborochny line Horizon HAL-4 complex (Japan).
For many centuries of existence of books the mankind has invented several technologies of their cover, and only some of them have found production application. Now in the most widespread way of a fastening of books of large volumes there is a sewing by means of nitkoshveyny machines. This type of cover remains to the most reliable and ergonomic.
For sewing of books we use the automatic nitkoshveyny machine with the feeder unit Freccia SM14 + Headop (Italy). It is widely used for a fastening of books in soft and firm cover. Thanks to automatic giving of notebooks, the model differs in the increased productivity. The operator only stacks notebooks in the feeder unit and takes out already ready inner books. Stitching and emission of the ready block automatic.
For cover of non-standard and limited editions we use the nitkoshveyny machine Muller Martini (Switzerland), with hand feed of notebooks. A way of a fastening same, as well as on the automatic machine.
