We realize crushed stone slag from 30-50 tons to 100 000 tons. Available fractions

• 5*20 - 100 000 tons;
• 20*40 - 100 000 tons;
• 0*5 - 5 000 tons.

The competition forces the enterprises of the construction sphere to look for new ways of reduction in cost of the production. As a rule, everything begins with initial components. In category of available raw materials thanks to special characteristics crushed stone from slag is emitted.

Types and features

Slag crushed stone is the waste shattered and divided into fractions which are formed in the course of production of metal, some chemicals, combustion of solid fuel in boiler rooms and to that similar. Depending on the size of grains shchebnevy weight is divided on:

• Srednefraktsionny 20-40;
• Melkofraktsionny 5-20;
• Elimination to 5 mm.

The bulk density of material which influences the constructional durability of ready mixes or products depends on diameter of granules. For it a minimum level – 1 000 ^kg/m3 and above. As show researches, the average and heavy concrete made with use of shchebnevy weight from domain slag show excellent values on durability on stretching, mechanical blows, durability and so on.

Technical characteristics of slag crushed stone include also following parameters:

1. Durability on compression as a filler of concrete solutions – from M300 to M1200.

2. Content of impurity (dust, clay particles) – no more than 3%. "Dirty" slag crushed stone quickly collapses, and mixes do not gain the set durability.

3. Water absorption – about 1,5-4% of lump.

4. Frost resistance – from 15 to 300 cycles of freezing defrosting.

It is used in the following spheres:

1. Production of concrete mixes of all brands, including cellular. The granulated domain waste is considered much as the best filler, than granite "droblenka". It is connected with the fact that the surface of slag possesses bigger adhesive activity (coupling) in relation to cement knitting. Therefore stiffened shlakobeton has bigger percent of durability, than granito-gneissic.

2. Slag stone. In regions where the enterprises of metallurgy are concentrated, shchebnevy materials from waste cost considerably cheaper, than other types of fillers. Besides the coefficient of heat conductivity of a finished product is 5 times lower, than a similar indicator of a silicate brick, that is it is warmer.

3. Production of paving slabs with the granulated domain slag is economically effective – expenses decrease by 1,5-3 times. For the same reason melkofraktsionny waste is applied to a brick.

4. Release of concrete goods. At the same time crushed stone from slag with frost resistance from F75 is used above.

5. Road-building works. It is applied as inexpensive adding (it is not split up during the laying and consolidation, keeps flatness of a covering at the raised loadings), and also to durable asphalt concrete.

6. Production of stone cotton wool. The technology allows to use in production not only natural basalt, but also slag. Production possesses the quite good qualitative characteristics which are inferior to glass wool is insignificant.
