The controller of monitoring of transport onboard "AVTOGRAF-GSM" (GLONASS) is the compact electronic recorder registering all movements of the vehicle by record of time and a route in the form of the points with geographical coordinates received from satellites of the global GPS (NAVSTAR) or GLONASS navigation system. In addition, with record of coordinates, record of some other parameters of the device is made: speed, direction of the movement, counters of events, etc., and also conditions of discrete and analog entrances of the controller, external sensors and tires of data. The saved-up data are transferred through
network of mobile operator of the GSM 900/1800 standard by means of technology of a packet transmission of data of GPRS on the dedicated server from which they can be received through the Internet for the further analysis and processing by the dispatching software.
