In our printing house, on a site of assembly of binding covers, the equipment of Zechini firm (Italy) is used. The Roby Junior model is intended for production of binding covers, ring folders, fields of the board games, posters, etc. consisting both of one detail and from several, to 3 parts. The main distinctive features from analogs of other firms: pneumomechanical naklad a storonok and the otstav who are in advance cut out cardboard. The kleenanosyashchy two-roll car integrated into a design allows one worker to make a full production cycle of production of a binding cover, from pro-dabs of integumentary material to a zagibka of valves and final compression on calenders. There is a possibility of work with cold glues on a water basis or with hot (thermoglues). Use of glue on a gelatinous basis allows to receive better binding covers and folders as there is no buckling after assembly.
